What you should know for sure

What is possible with us

• Our bunker prices include bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels.
• There is free WIFI available.
• The check-in is from 16:00 till 18:00h.
• If you are late or held up, please let us know by e-mail or telephone.
• Check out is possible until 11:00h.
• You can park your car in front of the door on our own property.
• Dogs are allowed to run free in the enclosed garden of the cottage only, not elsewhere because of the free-range chickens on our property.
• When your dog does his/her business in the garden, we would appreciate it if this is cleaned up properly.

What is not allowed and therefore forbidden in our house

• Smoking is not allowed inside the holiday home.
• Fireworks, garden torches, fire baskets, etc. are not allowed.
• Our holiday home is not accessible for bachelor parties or other such parties.

The Finnish sauna

• Our prices for the Finnish sauna include firewood, different kinds of oil and a hamam cloth.
• It is obligatory to lie on a hamam cloth in the sauna.
• This is provided in a bag when you book the sauna, together with the key.
• The hamamcloth is on loan so we ask you to handle it with care.
• Bathrobe and slippers are not included. These can be booked extra for €5,- per person.

Terms of payment

• After booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount within 8 days by bank transfer.
• If this is not done within the stipulated period we will cancel your reservation.
• 8 weeks before your arrival we would like to receive the remaining amount from you together with the deposit for the holiday home and/or sauna. 
• You will receive an email about this. If this is not paid within the stipulated period, the booking will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
• When a booking is made and you arrive within 8 weeks, the total amount together with the deposit has to be paid at once.
• After departure, provided there is no damage to the furniture or the house / sauna, we will pay the deposit back to you within 1 week. If any damage has been made, we will deduct the costs from the deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
• Cancelling a booking
• You can cancel your booking free of charge within 7 days of making the reservation.
• After 7 days there are costs associated with your cancellation that we will charge from the total rent.
  These are as follows:
• 3 Months before your arrival date we charge 25%.
• 3 To 2 months before your arrival date we charge 50%.
• 2 Up to 1 month before your arrival date we will charge 75%.
• 1 Month and 7 days before your arrival date we will charge 90%.
• 7 days before your arrival date we charge 100%.
• The deposit of course will be refunded in full.
